There are some amazing walks in the area, including this one along the south west coast path, with fabulous views of the sea and coast line.
It starts in the village at The Green. It goes down the path towards Pistil Meadow with a view of the Lighthouse in the distance. It turns east along the south west coast path, with views down to the sea. It goes past the old lifeboat station, where you can get right down to the water's edge. It continues east along the coast path from Polpeor Cafe, past the lighthouse, round Housel Bay, with views of coastal rocks, the sea, Housel Bay Hotel and a passing ship. Next comes Lloyd's signal station and yet more sea views, including sea birds on the rocks, past a rock outcrop to the Lifeboat Station. Then on to the Round House and Church Cove, before turning inland back towards the village, past a thatched cottage and St Wynwallow Church.
